Position Description

The Data Center Service Technician Lead is a senior-level technician role, responsible for leading complex projects with minimal oversight. This role requires a high level of technical skill and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead advanced Maintenance/Troubleshooting projects independently.
• Serve as an on-site contact for customer-related technical support.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections and quality assurance testing.
• Technical lead for HVAC operations
• Develop maintenance and training programs
• Review and approve complex work plans
• Interface with customers, engineering teams, and factory personnel
• Mentor, Train, and provide oversight to Tech I, II, and III personnel
• Identify reliability improvements
• Manage maintenance schedules
• Approve MOPs and change controls
• Oversee major upgrades and retrofit projects

Required Education & Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in customer service and communication
• EPA
• Level 1,2,3 certifications
• OSHA 30
• NFPA 70E

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree preferred

Travel:

• 30%
