Key Responsibilities
The Hunt: Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise accounts within the logistics and manufacturing sectors. You’ll own the full sales cycle from "cold" to "closed-won."
Account Growth: Act as a strategic partner to existing accounts, ensuring high retention and identifying upsell opportunities for new AI modules or robotic fleet expansions.
Quota Achievement: Carry and consistently exceed an annual revenue quota. We’re looking for a top-tier performer who is motivated by high-stakes targets.
Technical Literacy: Confidently demo AI software capabilities and explain the value proposition of physical robotics to C-suite executives and plant managers alike.
Territory Strategy: Develop and execute a regional "Go-to-Market" plan specifically tailored to the industrial landscape of the South.
What You Bring
Experience: 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, specifically within Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
Tech Fluency: A proven track record of selling complex solutions—think SaaS, Enterprise AI, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or Industrial Robotics.
The "Southern" Edge: Deep familiarity with the Southern industrial hubs (e.g., the "Battery Belt," major ports, and logistics corridors).
Negotiation Skills: Ability to navigate long sales cycles (6–12 months) involving multiple stakeholders (Procurement, IT, Operations, and Finance).
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet clients on-site at plants and distribution centers.
