Summary

<>Role Overview

We re looking for a CW, Technical Advertiser Solutions Consultant (Ad Operations Specialist) to join client as a member of the Technical Advertiser Solutions team, you will perform deep analyses on client campaigns.

Working from either our New York or LA office (preference for New York), you ll collaborate with our SMC Sales team to drive revenue and performance for advertisers on client.


<>What You ll Do
  • Serve as a point of contact for SMC sales teams by providing case management/resolution, strategic coordination and operational planning across our ads ecosystem
  • Be an expert on client s ad platform; use data to provide solutions on ad delivery, measurement, performance, and campaign optimization queries
  • Provide excellent email and video call communication to advertisers, agencies, and client Sales teams on client s self-serve ad product suite with clear and timely communication, quality deliverables, and innovative solutions
  • Perform proactive and reactive analyses of campaign delivery in order to increase performance and drive revenue based on our account health score
  • Serve as the main point of contact for auction trends for local sales teams by providing onboarding, ongoing support, and proactive strategy planning
  • Educate and train internal Sales teams on campaign management strategies and performance improvements based on advertiser goals
  • Inform, influence, and execute new quality strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your positions

<>Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, STEM, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in digital advertising, including but not limited to technical troubleshooting, campaign optimization, and measurement

<>Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SMB sales and service and running operations at scale
  • Experience communicating with executives and senior leadership/management
  • Proven project management and process improvement skills; identifying problems areas, designing solutions, and driving them to completion
  • Advanced Javascript/HTML5/CSS3/Python skills for troubleshooting complex issues with advertiser integrations with our platform
  • Advanced understanding of APIs and server integrations
  • Mastery of tracking pixels and third-party measurement of digital advertising campaigns
  • 2+ years working in a solutions/technical AM role as part of a revenue driven environment
  • Experience working with ad agencies, brand, and performance advertisers and Sales
  • Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player
  • Demonstrable track record of preparing and leading trainings
  • Ability to explain complex solutions in an easy to understand and engaging manner
  • Customer-driven with a passion for supporting client and Businesses
  • Product expert, know client s advertising products inside out
