Ad Sales Data Analyst

Description

We are looking for a skilled Ad Sales Data Analyst to join our team in NYC, New York. In this long-term contract role, you will leverage your expertise in media and advertising analytics to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and have a strong background in data analysis within the advertising or media industry.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret advertising sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
Utilize fraud analytics tools and techniques to detect and prevent fraudulent activities within advertising campaigns.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize advertising strategies and campaign performance.
Investigate suspected fraud cases and provide detailed reports based on findings.
Apply anti-fraud methodologies to ensure compliance and integrity in advertising sales processes.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance revenue generation.
Work closely with advertising technology platforms to integrate data solutions and improve operational efficiency.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and fraud prevention.
Support the implementation of new tools and systems to streamline data processing and reporting.

Requirements

Proven experience as a data analyst within the media or advertising industry.
Hands-on experience with advertising technology platforms.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
Previous work experience at an advertising technology company, agency, or TV publisher.
Strong skills in fraud analytics, investigation, and prevention.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
