Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Lehi, UT that is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to drive process optimization, systems management, and data insights across business operations. This role partners cross-functionally to improve efficiency, support technology adoption, and enable data-driven decision-making. This will be a hybrid role, local to SLC.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and refine workflows to improve operational efficiency
* Identify bottlenecks and implement automation (e.g., Power Automate)
* Document and maintain SOPs for consistency and scalability
* Troubleshoot and continuously improve processes
* Evaluate, implement, and support business technology platforms
* Ensure integration across systems including Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online), Azure, Entra ID, NetDocuments, and others
* Support user adoption through training and ongoing support
* Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
* Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track performance and operational metrics
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
* Deliver actionable insights to support leadership decisions
* Support HR and Recruiting with reporting, evaluations, and candidate data management
* Customize integrations between Microsoft 365 and third-party platforms
* Maintain documentation and version control for automations and tools
* Lead cross-functional projects from planning through rollout
* Partner with IT, legal, and business teams to align solutions with needs
* Support change management and knowledge sharing
* Ensure systems align with policies and confidentiality standards
* Assist with vendor management and budget planning
* Identify cost-saving opportunities through process and system improvements

REQUIREMENTS:
* Process Improvement & Automation: Proven ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions; Experience with tools like Power Automate to streamline processes and reduce manual effort
* Technology & Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience managing enterprise systems including Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online), Azure, Entra ID, and other platforms; Ability to evaluate, implement, and optimize system integrations
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards in Power BI; Ability to ensure data accuracy and translate insights into actionable recommendations
* Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to lead projects end-to-end, align stakeholders, and collaborate across IT, business, and operational teams while managing multiple priorities
* Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills; Ability to document processes, train users, and effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
