RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project - Program Manager in Salt Lake City, UT.

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, execution-focused Project/Program Manager to lead complex IT initiatives that directly support and improve business operations. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, partnering closely with technical teams, operational leaders, and external partners to turn ideas into scalable, real-world solutions. Success in this role requires comfort operating in fast-moving environments and a strong bias toward outcomes.

Essential Functions:
End-to-End Project Leadership:
* Lead technology-driven initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with operational needs
* Manage projects that support site-based, manufacturing, and enterprise environments

Program & Portfolio Oversight:
* Coordinate multiple initiatives across a global portfolio, balancing priorities, timelines, and resources to drive measurable results
* Ensure consistent execution standards across projects while adapting to regional and operational nuances

Cross-Functional Partnership:
* Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, manufacturing sites, and external vendors to align goals and ensure smooth delivery
* Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and technical outcomes

Stakeholder & Governance Management:
* Serve as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, providing clear communication, status updates, and risk visibility
* Lead governance forums and steering committees to maintain alignment, accountability, and momentum

Vendor & Procurement Leadership:
* Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
* Lead RFP/RFQ processes, evaluate proposals, and oversee vendor performance through delivery

REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred
* 10+ years of experience leading projects and/or programs in IT or technology-enabled environments
* 5+ years of managing complex technical initiatives or enterprise-scale programs
* Experience supporting manufacturing or operational environments is a strong plus

Technical & Methodological Skills:
* Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery models
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (including Microsoft Azure), and enterprise systems such as SAP

Execution & Communication Strengths:
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
* Comfortable working within matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholders
* Proven ability to communicate clearly, influence effectively, and drive alignment

Vendor & Partner Management:
* Demonstrated success leading vendor engagements and navigating procurement processes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
