SAP Project Manager (Remote, P/T)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager for a Remote Part Time role.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP initiatives, including implementations, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades. This role is critical to shaping and executing the long-term SAP roadmap while ensuring alignment with business strategy, operational needs, and technical foundations.

The SAP Project Manager partners closely with SAP architects, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions with strong governance, risk management, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead development, prioritization, and execution of the SAP roadmap in alignment with business value and capacity
* Manage end-to-end SAP delivery across planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization
* Enforce proper delivery sequencing, ensuring foundational SAP configuration and data readiness precede dependent workstreams
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and external partners
* Translate business needs into functional and technical SAP requirements and ensure solution quality
* Act as integration program lead across SAP, Arena, Prostep, and middleware platforms
* Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope and change control, and ensure PMO governance compliance
* Oversee vendor performance, testing, UAT, cutover, training, and go-live readiness
* Facilitate SAP Steering Committee meetings and provide clear executive reporting and dashboards
* Drive decision clarity and prevent rework through structured communication and documentation

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years leading SAP projects
* Demonstrated experience developing and executing an SAP roadmap
* Demonstrated hands-on experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementations with the ability to assess readiness, sequencing, and risk without relying solely on vendor input
* SAP Delivery Sequencing and Dependency expertise
* Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream projects
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
* Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or regulated industries
* Experience with Arena PLM, Onshape, and Prostep a plus
* SAP Activate certification, PMP, or PMI-ACP a plus
* Preferred: Hybrid Role with onsite presence in the office 1 - 2 days/week at Broomfield, CO or Brooklyn Park, MN

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
