Role Descriptions: Key responsibilities include:
Archibus administration and support Data integrity| auditing| and validation
User support| training| and documentation
Occupancy and space management
Work order and service request management
Requirements gathering and testing of system enhancements
Coordination with IT and vendors on system improvement
Reporting and operational data analysis
Required qualifications:
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams SQL or data querying experience Preferred qualifications
Experience administering Archibus or a similar IWMS/CAFM platform (TRIRIGA| Planon| FM| etc.)
Experience supporting Facilities| Corporate Real Estate| Workplace Services| or Space Planning organizations
Strong understanding of occupancy management| space data| floor plans| and workplace operations
Experience with AutoCAD and floor plan management preferred
Experience gathering business requirements| conducting UAT| and supporting system implementations
