- **8+ years of experience** working in a technology organization supporting portfolio

operations, demand management, PMO functions, governance, or technology planning.

- Working knowledge of SOX controls, technology delivery lifecycles, and change

governance processes.

- Experience operating portfolio or workflow tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Planview,

workflows.

- Strong stakeholder facilitation and coordination skills across technical and business teams.

- Ability to translate governance requirements into practical operational processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting SOX control environments or regulated industries.

- Experience administering or configuring workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, ADO).

- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or product-based technology delivery lifecycles.
