Quality Assurance Lead (Hybrid)

Location-Lincoln Nebraska

Local candidates preferred for hybrid. Must be local or willing to relocate.

Requirements:

Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technical degree in Computer Science/Software Development (or equivalent combination of education and minimum 5+ year’s QA automation experience).
Minimum 5 years of QA automation experience and highly skilled at Visual Studio, C# and Selenium WebDriver.
Must possess experience with the following activities:
- Leading and training QA team in manual and automation testing
- Experience testing and writing automated test scripts for applications using Visual Studio, C# and Selenium WebDriver
- Experience with Postman API testing
- Perform analysis and document QA process flows
- Use best practices and QA standards for a project
- Extremely detail oriented
- Explore and gain a thorough understanding of the business
- Work as part of a software development team in the testing of projects
- Experience with Visual Studio GIT source control
- Experience with .NET entity framework
- Experiences with MVC and MVP
- Experience with XML and XSD Schemas (Altova XMLSpy or oXygen XML Developer is a plus)
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, front end development.
- Experience using Microsoft SQL Server and TSQL.
- Experience with SQL (Structured Query Language).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate must work onsite.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
- Occasional weekend work will be required.
- Manage his/her own tasks in project

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Working knowledge of test management software. Familiarity with Agile frameworks, Visual Studio using C# and Selenium WebDriver to design automation framework to develop/execute test cases. DevOps and regression testing is a plus. A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude. Strong organizational skills. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. Ability to execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.

Preferences:

Test Driven Development
Telerik Tool set
Experience with Web Services and Windows Services.
Experience with Agile development utilizing SCRUM.
Experience with SSRS reports is preferred, but not required.
Experience with SSIS is preferred, but not required.
Experience with authentication against active directory.
