responsibilities:
Asset Development: Independently design, build, and operationalize data products, including datasets, metrics, and quality rules that support enterprise-wide initiatives.
Metadata Management: Configure and manage enterprise data catalogs to ensure consistent glossary alignment, data classification, and automated lineage across cloud and ERP environments.
Validation & Quality: Evaluate the accuracy and explainability of analytical deliverables, implementing continuous improvements to ensure data remains trusted and reliable.
Governance & Compliance: Apply insight frameworks to ensure all data outputs adhere to strict governance, compliance, and ethical standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with agile teams to integrate analytical assets into operational workflows and translate complex business terminology into structured metadata standards.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for lineage and interpretability to strengthen data transparency and usability for stakeholders.
qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related technical field.
Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analytics, data governance, or AI-related roles (academic projects will be considered).
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of metadata management, data modeling, and the ability to design governance logic for actionable information.
Analytical Ability: Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to translate complex findings into tangible process improvements.
Communication: Excellent collaboration skills with a proven track record of working effectively within cross-functional, agile environments.
Preferred Assets: Familiarity with AI ethics, prompt development, model validation concepts, or experience with modern cloud data platforms.
