We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Discovery Admin to manage and optimize day-to-day Discovery operations and CMDB integrity. This role involves configuring Discovery schedules, maintaining MID Servers, troubleshooting data issues, and enhancing configuration management processes to ensure accurate and reliable asset visibility across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery schedules, jobs, and MID Servers
• Customize probes and patterns to accurately discover and import IT assets into CMDB
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Discovery jobs and logs
• Ensure CMDB data accuracy through regular audits and quality checks
• Collaborate with IT Operations and Asset Management teams to resolve discrepancies
• Document processes and support configuration management governance

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB
• Strong expertise in MID Server configuration and Discovery architecture
• Experience with scripting and automation within ServiceNow
• Knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure, and operating systems
• Working knowledge of ITSM and ITIL frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
