Senior Scrum Master

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Irving, TX is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join their team. This person will be joining a multidisciplinary team of product managers, marketers, designers and engineers who create products that hundreds of thousands of people experience every day. The Senior Scrum Master's responsibilities focus on guiding and mentoring teams, improving Agile processes, and promoting Scrum values. They act as facilitators, coaches, and mentors for Scrum teams, ensuring they adhere to Scrum principles and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Scrum Master certification nice to have
* Deep understanding of Scrum principles and practices
* Managing a jira board for multiples team
* Generating reports at the end of sprint
* Understanding of basic testing process, deployment pipelines, development environments
* Resolve any impairments the team is having during sprint
* Works hand to hand with dev managers and Product managers
* Excellent communication skills
* Project Management skills in multiple tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
