Looking for a dynamic Scrum Master cum Project Manager to drive end-to-end
delivery for our client's automotive and fleet management platforms. You'll manage
distributed teams (onsite-offshore), client stakeholders (CTO/VP/Director level), and
Azure DevOps sprints while maintaining sprint velocity and client commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives,
Reviews) for 10-15 member distributed teams across time zones.
Manage client relationships and executive escalations, ensuring alignment with
client leadership expectations
Track and report sprint progress using Azure DevOps (Burndown charts,
velocity, impediments) with daily EOD summaries for offshore visibility.
Drive cross-functional coordination between .NET/React devs, Data
Engineers, Azure DevOps, QA, and client Product/Program Managers.
Implement risk management and dependency resolution, escalating blockers to
leadership
Facilitate sprint activities, backlog refinement, and user story acceptance criteria
with client stakeholders.
Ensure onshore-offshore alignment through optimal meeting cadences
(overlap hours) and transparent communication.
Required Qualifications
5+ years Scrum Master/Project Management; 3+ years Azure DevOps; delivered
enterprise software projects
Technical Skills
Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos), Jira migration experience; MS
Teams/Outlook/Office proficiency
Agile Expertise Scrum.org/PSM II certified; SAFe Agilist preferred; hybrid onsite-offshore delivery
Client Skills Executive stakeholder management; automotive domain exposure beneficial

Education ; Certifications
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT Management, or related
Mandatory: Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) or PMI-ACP
Preferred: SAFe Practitioner, Azure DevOps Fundamentals
