Join our Technology Services team as an Application Developer focusing on IBM Sterling OMS. You will be part of a mission-critical team dedicated to enhancing and supporting the Ship and Order functionalities for high-impact product applications.

responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain APIs within the IBM Sterling OMS environment.
- Provide high-level technical support and production maintenance for core system functionalities.
- Partner with global offshore teams to deliver technical solutions and design efforts.
- Engage in on-call and weekend support to maintain system integrity during peak periods.
qualifications:
* 10+ years of deep experience with IBM Sterling OMS (Functional focus on Ship/Order).
Strong proficiency in Java Spring (Advanced level).
Proven track record in API development and design.
Ability to work 100% onsite in Dallas, TX.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Previous experience in a Managed Services or Level 9 equivalent environment.
Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions.
Experience coordinating tasks between local and offshore development teams.
