Job Description
Thinking Minds' client is seeking an experienced SAP BTP Enterprise Architect to lead strategic architecture, design, and development efforts across SAP BTP and S/4HANA platforms. This is a senior-level role suited for an individual with a deep technical foundation and a proven ability to drive enterprise-wide SAP implementations with a modern cloud-centric approach.
The successful candidate will have robust hands-on experience with SAP BTP, including Cloud Foundry, NEO, Fiori development, Workflow Management, and CI/CD pipelines. You will be responsible for shaping the BTP architecture, coordinating SAP application integration, and optimizing cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
This role requires advanced understanding of SAP TM within the S/4HANA environment and working knowledge of user experience strategies such as SAP Fiori, SAP Build Work Zone, and Embedded Analytics.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving architectural decisions and leading the design and implementation of SAP BTP solutions
Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translating them into effective solutions
Overseeing the development, configuration, and testing of SAP applications, ensuring quality and performance standards are met
Coordinating and mentoring offshore development teams
Managing end-to-end project activities including blueprinting, solution design, testing, and go-live support
Supporting seamless integration with S/4HANA and external systems while aligning with UX strategies
Preferred candidates will bring additional certifications in S/4HANA, Scrum Master, or Agile Coaching. Strong analytical and presentation skills are essential for success in this client-facing position.
Candidates should be open to regular onsite travel (2-3 weeks per month) in Northeast Ohio, with travel expenses covered.
