JD:

We have an urgent requirement for an SAP QA Lead with strong automation and hands-on testing experience in SAP environments.

10+ years of SAP QA experience (Lead/Manager level)
Strong hands-on experience in SAP modules: FS-CD, FS-RI, SAP BP, Workflow, FI-GL
Experience with SAP TOSCA Automation and Solution Manager (SolMan)
Strong experience in both manual testing and automation framework development
Experience leading onshore/offshore QA teams
Strong expertise in test planning, execution, defect management, and UAT support
Experience with Guidewire or similar integrations
Strong knowledge of SAP BAPI/RFC and system integrations
Experience with SAP ChaRM and release management

Key Requirement (Important):

Candidate must be able to lead automation initiatives, while also being hands-on in manual testing
Must have strong SAP functional knowledge (not just QA)
Must have commercial insurance (P&C) domain experience – mandatory

Responsibilities:

Lead QA strategy, automation roadmap, and execution
Build and enhance automation frameworks for better coverage
Perform hands-on testing and support delivery
Collaborate with business and technical teams
Manage defects, risks, and quality metrics
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes
