Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Data Migration Developer on behalf of our client in Rockville, MD This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in data migration, ETL development, and large-scale system integration. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end data conversion efforts while ensuring seamless data flow across multiple systems. This is a high-impact position requiring strong technical acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work in complex, multi-system environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end data migration initiatives including design, development, and implementation
  • Design and implement scalable data conversion and migration strategies
  • Develop and manage daily batch interface processes across integrated systems
  • Analyze legacy data sources and perform accurate data transformation and loading
  • Build, optimize, and maintain ETL processes, scripts, and workflows
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data integrity and quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data migration and interface-related issues
  • Ensure high-volume data processing with accuracy, consistency, and reliability
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in data migration, ETL development, and data integration
  • Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL and advanced data transformation techniques
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale data conversion projects
  • Experience in batch processing and interface development
  • Solid understanding of data quality, cleansing, and validation methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with eICM systems or similar case management platforms
  • Exposure to state and county system integrations
  • Experience working in complex, multi-system environments
