Change Manager - AI Application Rollout

Must be local to Washington, DC. Required 2-4 days onsite per week

Overview:
We are seeking a high-impact Change Management Lead to support the rollout of an AI-native application replacing the existing platform. This initiative is on an aggressive timeline and requires a strong leader to drive adoption, engagement, and successful implementation across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change management strategy and execution for application rollout


• Drive change adoption initiatives, ensuring end-user readiness and engagement


• Partner with PMO to align on program delivery, timelines, and communications


• Develop and execute engagement plans, including soft and hard UAT preparation


• Support Release 1 rollout, ensuring strong adoption across all user groups


• Coordinate activation across regions


• Collaborate with change workstream leads to deliver cohesive adoption strategy


• Leverage tools such as Viva Engage to drive communication and user engagement

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in change management for large-scale technology deployments


• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies (AI-focused preferred)


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse user groups


• Experience driving adoption in enterprise environments


• Demonstrated success influencing behavioral change and user engagement

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting large enterprise rollouts


• Exposure to AI-native applications or agent-based technologies


• Background in adoption strategies for emerging technologies
