Salesforce AutoRabit Global Release Manager
Location: Center Valley, PA (Remote Available)

We are seeking a Salesforce AutoRabit Global Release Manager with deep expertise in CI/CD pipeline architecture, DevOps governance, and multi-org Salesforce release management. The role focuses on designing scalable, automated deployment frameworks, managing version control strategies, and ensuring secure, high-quality releases across environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using AutoRabit for Salesforce environments
• Define and enforce global CI/CD standards for a complex multi-org Salesforce landscape
• Establish and manage Git-based branching strategies for Salesforce metadata
• Handle merge conflicts and maintain integrity of the Golden Repository across workstreams
• Orchestrate deployments across sandboxes and production environments
• Design and manage Back-Promotion strategies to sync lower and higher environments
• Lead environment management and Org Refresh lifecycle, including scheduling and automation
• Utilize AutoRabit Data Loader and Data Masking tools for secure and high-quality test data
• Integrate and manage CodeScan / Static Code Analysis tools for security and quality gates
• Optimize security rule configurations (Blocker, Warning, Off) to balance risk and delivery velocity

Good to Have:
• Experience managing large-scale Salesforce enterprise deployments
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Expertise in data masking, compliance, and secure data handling
• Experience handling technical debt in legacy environments
