Client Insights operates a complex, multitenant SaaS platform with dozens of services and repositories. Our Release Engineering function ensures deployments are predictable, lowrisk, and fully automated.
About the Role
As a Release Engineer, you will own CI/CD pipeline design, release automation, and deployment governance across a multirepo, multitenant environment. You will bring discipline, repeatability, and traceability to every stage of the release lifecycle.
What You Will Do
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across cloudagnostic environments.
- Manage multitenant, multirepo ecosystems (20 30+ GitHub repositories) with strong versioning and release discipline.
- Standardize release processes to reduce deployment risk and improve engineering velocity.
- Implement automated deployment workflows with rollback strategies, tagging, and auditability.
- Collaborate with DevOps, platform, and product teams to ensure consistent, reliable deployments.
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures, environment inconsistencies, and release blockers.
- Strengthen governance around release readiness, change management, and traceability.
What We re Looking For
- Strong experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines in cloudnative environments.
- Handson experience managing large multirepo ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of release engineering best practices, including rollback, tagging, and auditability.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong scripting and automation skills.
- Detailoriented, disciplined, and highly organized.
