Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT service management needs.
The consultant will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow implementations across one or more modules.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows
Lead or support ServiceNow module implementations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, CMDB, etc.)
Configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, flows, and notifications
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, scripting, and custom development
Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployments
Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and optimization
Create solution documentation, technical designs, and user guides
Ensure ServiceNow best practices, governance, and platform standards are followed
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platform
Hands-on experience with at least one core ServiceNow module
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model
Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or module-specific certifications)
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
Exposure to ServiceNow upgrades and platform releases
Consulting or client-facing experience.
