Full Stack Developer with Application Support (Production Support)

Role Summary
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong Application/Production Support experience who can work across development and support functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting scalable applications while ensuring stability and quick issue resolution in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident resolution and root cause analysis
Work across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) requirements, design, development, testing, and support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature delivery and issue resolution
Monitor applications and ensure high availability and performance
Debug and resolve application issues in a timely manner
Participate in code reviews and maintain coding best practices
Must-Have Skills (Screening Focus)
Strong programming in Java / Python / JavaScript
Hands-on experience with frameworks: Spring Boot / Node.js / React / Angular
Experience in Production/Application Support (L2/L3 support)
Strong understanding of REST APIs (development & integration)
Experience with databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
Familiarity with ticketing tools: ServiceNow / Jira
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience with Git/version control
Good-to-Have Skills
Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Containerization: Docker / Kubernetes
Exposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.)
Mobile application development experience
