The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality commission applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Develop quality software and web applications
Strong Experience with DXC PPLUS Product
Experience working on Annuities or Universal Life, Traditional Life Products, etc
5 years working on the Mainframe.
4+ years of Insurance Software such as (PPLUS OR dss)
A good working knowledge of COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, VSAM
Analyze and maintain existing software applications
Design highly scalable, testable code
Discover and fix programming bugs

Qualifications

Development experience with Life Insurance applications in any of the following(Vantage, pplDSS)
