Job Description:

We are looking for a WMS Analyst/WMS Supply Chain Product Analyst with experience in Manhattan systems to support warehouse, transportation, and logistics operations. The candidate will work with business teams, IT teams, and vendors to resolve system issues, gather requirements, and improve supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support Manhattan TMS, WMS, and other supply chain applications.

• Troubleshoot transportation, routing, shipment, and warehouse-related issues.

• Support the implementation of a Yard Management System (YMS).

• Help with the upgrade to Manhattan Active TMS.

• Gather business requirements and prepare user stories and process documentation.

• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to resolve application issues.

• Support testing, UAT, defect tracking, and system releases.

• Monitor open support tickets and follow up until resolution.

• Support system integrations, data flows, and data quality requirements.

Required Skills:

• Experience as a Supply Chain Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.

• Hands-on experience with Manhattan TMS, WMS/WMOS, or Manhattan Active TMS.

• Knowledge of transportation, logistics, warehouse operations, routing, or last-mile delivery.

• Experience in requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

• Knowledge of Agile processes, user stories, UAT, and defect management.

• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred.

• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Yard Management Systems (YMS), nuVizz, or Gnosis Freight.

• Experience with Manhattan Active TMS upgrades or implementations.

• Knowledge of master data management and data integration.
