Position: Certified Salesforce Administrator (Job Id –99209-1)
Location: El Dorado Hills CA 95762 (100% REMOTE)
Duration: 12 Months + Possible Extension

Your Role:
The System Administrator will report to the Platform Admin Team Manager. In this role you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing future state designs, writing user stories, and more across various business areas.
This is a hands-on position.
Your Work:
In this role, you will:
- Lead the analysis of hard to complex business level requirements/user stories to translate into platform solutions and configuration with limited or no supervision
- Provide input in cross-functional sessions to assess requirements and propose out-of-the-box platform solution options. Ensure traceability of solutions back to performance goals and metrics
- Define and configure prototype solutions
- Responsible for configuration and quality assurance of low to moderately complex solutions using best practice and low-code platform configuration
- Facilitate troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to meet SLAs
- Act as the liaison between IT and business areas in support of extensions and service packs
- Provide platform administration to support day-to-day operations including end user support. user access management. system configuration. and platform performance in partnership with IT
- Support the efforts of Internal Audit and Compliance with regards to their requirements from the supported platforms
- Continually evaluate and analyze systems applications and make recommendations for improvements and modifications to ensure optimum functioning of implemented systems
- Leverage agile methodology and skill in business solution design to drive business requirements workshops and story writing
- Look to understand and improve business process rather than simple lift and shift approaches
- Conduct testing to validate the Salesforce platform is functioning as expected
- Research, advise, and document on best practices for Salesforce solutions and remain current on Salesforce.com releases and new features
Your Knowledge and Experience:
- Requires a bachelor''''s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Requires advanced knowledge in the Salesforce software platform and a minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform
- 2 years Salesforce System Administrator experience
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator Certification
- Agile Delivery & Cross-Functional Communication – 2 yrs
- Requires experience in platform administration, solutioning, configuration, product management or technology implementation using agile development life cycle (SDLC) protocols
- Experience with agile methodologies and release tools preferred
- Experience with data analytics preferred
- Requires a Salesforce Administrator certification. Additional Salesforce certification - preferred
- Experience using source control tools, such as GIT, Bitbucket, Visual Studio, Flosum, etc
- Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, flow and process diagramming presentations, analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills (nice to have)
- Experience with Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or Healthcare industry platforms
- Experience with Flosum, Git, Copado, or Salesforce DevOps tooling
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II or Platform App Builder Certification
