Job Description Job Description ECS is seeking a Systems Administrator - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard's Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program. The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Task 4 - Enterprise Operations Support - provides 24/7/365 network monitoring, control, and management from the RCC-ARNG Network Operations Center (NOC) over classified and unclassified networks, delivering DoDIN services including data, voice, and video across the ARNG's distributed enterprise infrastructure.
Responsibilities - Administer enterprise applications and data environments to support Task 4 operations.
- Maintain system configurations and ensure timely application of patches and updates.
- Monitor system performance and availability, addressing any issues proactively.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application-level issues effectively.
- Support the integration of data applications with the enterprise infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with configuration management and cybersecurity policies.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, hosting, and network teams to maintain secure systems.
- Contribute to the stability and mission-readiness of enterprise IT environments.
Required Skills Required Qualifications - Clearance: Secret Eligible required

- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 632-Systems Developer at the Intermediate proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): CSSLP, GCLD, GSEC
- Education: Bachelors in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in administering enterprise application and data environments for DoD or Federal operations.
- Proven experience in maintaining system configurations and applying STIG requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting the integration of data applications with enterprise infrastructure.
- Familiarity with coordinating across infrastructure, hosting, database, and network teams.
Desired Skills Desired Qualifications - Clearance: Active Secret preferred
- Experience with ARNG or similar DoD environments.
- Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity practices and policies.
- Familiarity with classified and unclassified network operations.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with diverse IT teams.
