The CTSM oversees telecom operations across

operations and service management position requiring strong leadership, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination. The CTSM leads and supports Venue Telecom Service Managers (VTSMs), serves as the primary escalation point for venue-level telecom issues, and works closely with engineering operations, vendor partners, and the Technology Operations Center (TOC) to maintain operational readiness throughout planning, testing, and live operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end telecom service delivery across multiple venues, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational readiness.
- Lead, mentor, and provide escalation support to a team of Venue Telecom Service Managers (VTSMs).
- Serve as the senior escalation point for venue-level telecom incidents and coordinate resolution with the Technology Operations Center (TOC).
- Develop and manage cluster-wide telecom strategies, schedules, staffing models, and resource plans.
- Provide operational leadership during network incidents, acting as the primary point of contact for triage and escalation across venues.
- Ensure compliance with telecom standards including Cisco LAN/WLAN architecture, VoIP, mobile networks, and spectrum management.
- Ensure telecom operations align with both physical and virtual security requirements across all assigned venues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure seamless service integration and delivery.
- Track risks, issues, and performance metrics across the cluster and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of VTSMs and their venue-based teams.
- Travel to assigned venues as needed to support readiness, audits, and issue resolution.
