Graphic Designer

Our client, a global leader in investment and advisory financial services, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their NYC team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a clear path to conversion at the one-year mark. The role is based on Madison Avenue with a four-day onsite schedule and offers the opportunity to work on high-impact design projects in a fast-paced environment. They're looking for a self-starter who can deliver thoughtful, high-quality work with strong design fundamentals and a sharp eye for layout. Ideal candidates will have experience working in corporate or financial services environments and a portfolio that reflects strong, polished design work. A portfolio is required with application.

What we are looking for:

• Strong experience in branding & visual identity
• Hands-on digital & web design, including microsites and digital assets
• Print and marketing collateral (books, brochures, postcards, one-pagers)
• Event and promotional assets, including creative swag and branded materials

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic or visual design experience
• Understanding of design principles, layout, and best practices across digital, UI/ UX, print, and a desire to continually strengthen that understanding
• A portfolio showing creative thinking, excellent typography skills and an extreme attention to detail
• Proven ability to carry creative direction across a body of design and to take independent decisions when required
• Fluency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience working for corporate clients Experience managing timelines, and holding yourself accountable to quality and deadlines

Compensation & Benefits

• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Location: NYC
• Hybrid Schedule: 4 days on site, 1 day remote
• Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no H-1B, no C2C)
• Duration: 1 year contract to full-time conversion
• Portfolio: Required for consideration
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) after 60 days, plus applicable PTO and sick leave per state/local law
• Pay Range: $30-40 per hour

Compensation for this position will be determined based on several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role; market labor costs; the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience; and other employment conditions. Full-time consultants are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) contributions, along with any PTO, sick leave, or other benefits required by applicable state or local laws where you reside or work.
