Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reporting
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes
- Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance
- Monitor KPIs and identify trends impacting profitability
- Assist with long-range planning and forecasting activities
- Support compliance with financial controls and reporting standards
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies
- Develop reporting tools and financial dashboards
- Participate in ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, and modeling skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- ERP/reporting system experience preferred
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Cost accounting experience preferred
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to partner cross-functionally within operations and finance teams
