Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Oracle EBS Finance Architect & Implementation Lead to spearhead a comprehensive end-to-end implementation. The lead architect will be the primary driver for the project, responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. Starting with the India implementation, the architect will lead the architectural design, collaborate closely with customer stakeholders, and manage delivery through an integrated offshore team

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall Oracle EBS Financials architecture, ensuring seamless integration with Manufacturing (MFG), Supply Chain (SCM), and Order Management (OM) modules.
• Drive the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design (BR100, MD050), system configuration, and production rollout.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, leading Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate and mentor an offshore delivery team to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables across different time zones.
• Apply deep expertise in Indian Localization requirements to ensure compliance with local tax and financial regulations.
• Standardize financial processes and workflows to improve data integrity and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS, with at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations as a Lead or Architect.
• Deep knowledge of Core Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and a strong understanding of integrated modules like INV, PO, and OM.
• Ability to guide technical teams on RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflows) and familiarity with SQL/PLSQL for data analysis.
