Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Windchill PLM Developer to design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements within the Windchill PLM platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Windchill development and Core Java, along with experience working in Agile/SAFe environments to deliver scalable enterprise PLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements in Windchill PLM.

• Translate user requirements into technical designs and functional implementations.

• Develop and customize workflows, business rules, and integrations.

• Ensure scalable and maintainable solution architecture.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Assist squad members in resolving technical challenges.

• Provide guidance on solution design and implementation best practices.

• Participate in:

  • Story refinement

  • Technical design discussions

  • Effort estimation sessions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Agile Delivery

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies:

  • Sprint Planning

  • Daily Stand-ups

  • Retrospectives

• Follow SAFe Agile framework to meet Program Increment (PI) objectives.

• Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards.

Continuous Improvement & Training

• Stay updated with Windchill PLM enhancements and best practices.

• Recommend process improvements and system optimizations.

• Support training and knowledge transfer on new features and functionalities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of Windchill PLM technical development experience.

• Strong Core Java development skills.

• Experience customizing and enhancing Windchill modules.

• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
