Job Description- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to end-users.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Maintain and update system software and hardware inventory.
- Assist with system upgrades and software deployments across the organization.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with the Technology team to implement and support IT initiatives.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Provide training and guidance to users on technology tools and best practices.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Desktop Technician should have:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving technical problems.
- Experience with system upgrades and software rollouts is preferred.
