SAP SCM Lead

Introduction

Our company is currently seeking a skilled SAP SCM Lead consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SCM and will be responsible for leading and managing our supply chain management processes using SAP technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SCM modules to optimize supply chain operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs
• Provide expertise in SAP SCM best practices and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead training sessions for end users and provide ongoing support and guidance
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure successful deployment of SAP SCM solutions
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in SAP SCM technology to recommend innovative solutions
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support SAP SCM initiatives
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

Required Skills

• Proven experience working as a SAP SCM consultant or lead in a corporate setting
• Expertise in SAP SCM modules and functionalities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Certification in SAP SCM
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP
• Experience in project management
