Title: Project Manager IT infrastructure with MFG experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Experience in IT projects Compute, Network, Security/Firewall, MS teams set up etc.
Project Management Certification preferred but not required (PMP)
5+ years experience in successfully leading and managing across diverse projects and programs
Technical experience is required; SDLC, Agile & Scrum methodology experience required
Strong cross-group collaboration skills and experience working across multiple teams both within the division and across the company
Excellent interpersonal, human relations, written, verbal and listening communication skills
Ability to assist in creating project roadmaps
Experience with working with MS Project, O365, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira
Job Responsibilities:
Applies project management disciplines and experience, develops plans to include project definitions, scope, business requirements, cost, completion dates, resource allocation, and quality/reliability for a group of projects in 1 or more complex programs
Actively partners with IT teams to ensure appropriate processes and templates are utilized for project and program success
Work alongside IT teams for managing the projects from Biz as well as IT perspectives.
Accountable for establishing and managing multiple project deliverables, communicating project and program vision and ensuring IT resources are aligned properly
Act as Biz PM; this involves working with Biz SMEs to close on requirements, UAT test scenarios and scripts; UAT test scenarios and associated scripts must come from Biz. GIS can help with UAT planning.
Track and report project status using sub-BPM established templates in sub-BPM.
Engage with and provide necessary inputs to other GIS PMs, Biz PMs, as necessary.
With BRM inputs, engage functional / technical architects for bigger projects.
Align with MFG Portfolio Mgmt team for MFG-specific KPI reports (incidents, SLAs, enhancements, projects); present KPIs to sub-BPM on a quarterly basis.
