Join our dynamic Project Activation team working on high-impact software solutions for legal administration and class action settlements. In this role, you will lead quality assurance efforts across greenfield and brownfield software workflows, ensuring complex data systems are reliable, performant, and defect-free. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams while advancing automated testing practices and guiding team members.

responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, document, and execute manual and automated test plans for multi-tier applications.
- Create and maintain robust automation test scripts using Selenium or Playwright.
- Perform backend database testing using SQL to validate high-volume data workflows.
- Mentor and coach QA team members on test automation standards and practices.
- Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies, requirement reviews, and defect tracking.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of software quality assurance experience using both White Box and Black Box strategies.
3+ years of hands-on test automation experience using Selenium or Playwright.
3+ years of backend database testing experience with proficiency in reading and writing SQL queries.
3+ years of experience working in Agile Scrum environments on multi-tier systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated project leadership abilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Azure DevOps or Microsoft Visual Studio Team System.
Background working with high-volume, deadline-driven data management platforms.
Prior experience coaching or mentoring engineering peers in QA methodologies.
