Job Overview:
Pay Range $50hr - $55hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping, and documentation.
- Domain depth in Finance, Marketing, or HR.
- Agile delivery, UAT lifecycle, and KPI frameworks.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI or chatbot use cases.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document user stories, workflows, and business rules for assigned use cases.
- Translate business needs into agent inputs, outputs, tool boundaries, and guardrails.
- Define measurable acceptance criteria and support UAT planning and execution.
- Coordinate with SMEs for data access, clarifications, and sign-offs.
- Support KPI baseline definition and post go-live adoption tracking; maintain requirements traceability.
Nice to Have:
- SAFe / Scrum / Product Owner certification.
- JIRA, Confluence, wireframing, and GAP analysis.
- AI Product Management awareness / certification.
Education and Experience:
- 7+ years as a Business Analyst; AI awareness required.
- Must be able to work onsite in the USA aligned to business hours.
