Job Details

This Lean Manufacturing Engineer is a key process-improvement leader who is responsible for optimizing manufacturing operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment (sheet metal fabrication highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated history of working with lean manufacturing tools and methods
  • Experience supporting production, tooling, or process engineering initiatives
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and lean methodologies
  • CNC programming knowledge preferred
  • Experience with Autodesk Inventory (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating labor, materials, and performance data
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through improvement initiatives
