Job DetailsThis Lean Manufacturing Engineer is a key process-improvement leader who is responsible for optimizing manufacturing operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment (sheet metal fabrication highly preferred)
- Demonstrated history of working with lean manufacturing tools and methods
- Experience supporting production, tooling, or process engineering initiatives
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and lean methodologies
- CNC programming knowledge preferred
- Experience with Autodesk Inventory (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating labor, materials, and performance data
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through improvement initiatives
