Manufacturing Process Engineer

Location: Euless, Texas
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Starting Pay: starting at $69,000 annually

We're looking for a hands-on Process Engineer who enjoys improving processes, working closely with production teams, and driving measurable results.

What You'll Do
  • Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations using Lean and CI tools
  • Conduct Gemba walks and collaborate with Production, Quality, Sales, and HR teams
  • Improve process efficiency, reduce variation, cost, and cycle time
  • Lead process standardization, documentation, and operator training
  • Support equipment installation, process optimization, and new product/process transfers
  • Analyze nonconformances (NCMs), CARs, rework, and OTD metrics to implement preventive actions
Requirements:
What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Materials Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing process improvement or Kaizen experience
  • Knowledge of Lean tools (8D, DMAIC, A3, 5 Why)
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC equipment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
  • Wood, composites, or materials manufacturing experience is a plus
