Follow supervisor and team leader directives, communicate clearly via phone and email, and report work time accurately.
Comply with CFOP policies (40-2, 80-2, 215-4), maintain state vehicles, submit monthly logs, and ensure safety during moves and equipment handling.
Support internal and external office moves, assist IT with equipment relocations, and use proper tools and hand dollies for heavy items.
Manage keys and keycards, maintain accurate logs, and handle surplus disposal according to policy guidelines.
Install office equipment (whiteboards, corkboards, pictures), supply furniture as needed, and ensure facilities (AC, lighting, etc.) function properly.
Maintain warehouse organization, order supplies and POs in advance, never authorize services without a PO, and build professional site contacts with a directory.
