Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Workday Program Manager – Supply Chain (SCM) to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative. This individual will lead delivery execution within the SCM functional domain, ensuring alignment across workstreams while driving timelines, mitigating risks, and coordinating dependencies in a complex, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end program delivery for the Workday SCM functional domain
· Manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery
· Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies
· Partner closely with business stakeholders, IT, and system integrators to ensure alignment
· Drive governance, reporting, and status updates to executive leadership
· Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards throughout the program lifecycle
· Support change management, testing coordination, and deployment planning within SCM
Required Qualifications
· 8–12 years of ERP delivery experience, leading large-scale transformation initiatives
· Hands-on experience with Workday implementations, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations within Supply Chain (SCM)
· Strong understanding of Workday SCM modules and related business processes
· Experience operating within complex, highly regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, financial services, manufacturing)
· Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience supporting global or multi-entity ERP deployments
· Strong executive communication and program governance experience
· Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
