A local fire safety technology company in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a System Administrator to join their growing IT team. This is a 12-month contract role focused on maintaining and improving internal infrastructure across Microsoft environments. You'll work closely with internal users and technical staff to ensure the systems that support the organization's life safety operations run smoothly and efficiently.

- Experience with Active Directory (preferably Azure AD)
 - Office 365 and Dynamics 365 experience
 - Microsoft SCCM experience
 - Experience working with firewalls
 
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field OR equivalent hands-on experience
 - Strong customer service and communication skills
 - Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Issue Trak or ServiceNow
