Finance Transformation Program Manager
We have an immediate need for a Finance Transformation Program Manager to join our client for a contract position. This role serves as the operational backbone of a Finance Transformation and Oracle EPM initiative, driving requirements management, executive communications, stakeholder coordination, and program execution to ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $80-100/hr W2 plus benefits

What You ll Do:
- Partner directly with Finance Transformation leadership to drive execution of a large-scale Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) initiative.
- Gather, document, track, and manage business requirements across Finance process areas including revenue, labor, allocations, forecasting, and SG&A.
- Coordinate stakeholder reviews, feedback cycles, and approval processes to ensure requirements are finalized and signed off on schedule.
- Develop executive-level presentations, steering committee materials, status updates, and decision-support content for senior leadership.
- Translate complex financial, operational, and technical information into clear, concise, executive-ready communications.
- Manage project plans, workstreams, risks, dependencies, and action items across Finance, Technology, Operations, and consulting partners.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive alignment among business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project teams.
- Prepare and maintain project dashboards, scorecards, trackers, and reporting tools using Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
- Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and overdue deliverables, driving issue resolution and escalation when needed.
- Support finance transformation activities including process design, requirements validation, testing coordination, and implementation readiness.
- Lead meeting preparation, stakeholder communications, status reporting, and documentation of key decisions and next steps.
What Gets You the Job:
- 5 8+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, FP&A, consulting, or program management
- Demonstrated experience building executive-level presentations (SteerCo, OpCo, Board-level or equivalent)
- Strong program coordination and requirements management experience
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet skills
- Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear, structured, executive-ready communications
- Experience with Oracle EPM is a plus
