Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) Admin/Developer to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing operations of our Salesforce Data Cloud environment. This role will focus on configuring data ingestion pipelines, managing data modeling, enabling identity resolution, and activating data for marketing use cases.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud configuration, data integration, and operational monitoring. Additional experience with Salesforce CRM development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations between Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Data Cloud Administration & Development

·         Configure and manage data ingestion streams into Salesforce Data Cloud from various data sources.

·         Map Data Lake Objects (DLOs) to Data Model Objects (DMOs) to ensure proper data modeling and accessibility.

·         Configure and maintain identity resolution rules to unify customer profiles.

·         Design and implement segmentation strategies for marketing and business use cases.

·         Configure activation of segments to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other downstream platforms.

·         Create, package, and deploy Data Kits for environment management and deployment.

·         Support data integrations between Data Cloud and external systems.

·         Perform operational monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and system support for Data Cloud environments.

·         Ensure data quality, reliability, and compliance with governance standards.

Integrations & Data Engineering Support

·         Support integrations with enterprise data platforms such as Oracle databases and Azure Blob Storage.

·         Assist with ingestion pipeline troubleshooting and performance optimization.

·         Collaborate with data engineering teams to align ingestion frameworks and data models.

·         Secondary Responsibilities (Nice to Have)

·         Support development within Salesforce CRM to surface Data Cloud insights.

·         Develop or maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) to display Data Cloud data within Salesforce applications.

·         Implement integrations between Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data Cloud to enable real-time or near real-time data access.

·         Assist with API-based integrations and data retrieval for CRM applications.

 Required Qualifications:

·         3+ years of experience with Salesforce platform administration or development.

·         Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform / Data 360).

·         Experience configuring data ingestion, data modeling (DLO to DMO mapping), and identity resolution.

·         Experience creating segments and activating them to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.

·         Understanding of data integration patterns, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance principles.

·         Experience with API integrations and external data sources.

·         Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational support skills.

 Preferred Qualifications:

·         Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Salesforce CRM.

·         Development experience using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

·         Experience with Oracle databases and Azure Blob Storage.

·         Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations and data activation workflows.

·         Experience with data warehousing, large-scale data ingestion, and cloud storage platforms.
