We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer with strong expertise in Splunk SIEM, threat detection, threat hunting, incident response, and security monitoring.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Monitor network, endpoint, and cloud security events
🔹 Develop and tune Splunk correlation searches, alerts & dashboards
🔹 Write and optimize SPL queries for threat detection
🔹 Investigate and respond to security incidents
🔹 Perform threat hunting and detailed log analysis
🔹 Develop detection use cases and response playbooks
🔹 Apply MITRE ATT&CK techniques and frameworks
🔹 Integrate and normalize new log/data sources into Splunk
🔹 Support security audits and compliance reporting
🔹 Collaborate with IT, network, and security teams on remediation
🛠️ Required Skills
✅ 8+ years of cybersecurity/SIEM experience
✅ 8+ years of Splunk/SIEM hands-on experience
✅ Strong Splunk Enterprise Security experience
✅ Advanced SPL skills
✅ Threat detection & threat hunting
✅ Incident response & security investigation
✅ Networking, firewalls & EDR
✅ AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform security exposure
✅ MITRE ATT&CK
✅ NIST / HIPAA / SOC 2 compliance knowledge
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
🏆 Preferred: Splunk Core Certified User / Splunk Core Certified Advanced Power User or related Splunk certifications.
