Job Title: Senior Python/React Full Stack Developer (Azure)
Location: Spring, Texas (On-Site)
Job Type: Long-Term Contract

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Global Trading team. You will develop scalable, high-performance applications and work closely with Quantitative Analytics to create data products, models, and visualizations that support trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using React, Python, Node.js, and modern frameworks
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Contribute to innovative solutions for trading operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in React (or Angular), HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Strong back-end skills in Python, Node.js, or similar
Experience with databases and cloud services
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage priorities under time pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of professional software development experience
Experience in oil & gas trading or financial systems
Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, and data pipelines
Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
