We are looking for an experienced Manhattan Active Consultant (MAWM) with strong techno-functional expertise in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) to support enterprise warehouse management implementations and production support.
🔹 Required Skills
• 7–15 years of experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)
• Strong techno-functional expertise in Manhattan Active WMS
• Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, testing, and production support
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
• Experience with API testing using Postman
• Solid understanding of warehouse management and product process flows
• Experience writing SQL queries using Oracle, MySQL, or similar relational databases
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional, offshore, and multi-vendor teams
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements and provide effort estimations
• Implement, configure, test, and support Manhattan Active WMS solutions
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve application issues
• Design and execute test cases and support UAT activities
• Document as-is and to-be business process flows
• Collaborate with internal teams, offshore teams, and external vendors
• Communicate project timelines, risks, and status updates to stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and testing artifacts
• Recommend process improvements based on business and system analysis
🔹 Nice to Have
• Experience with Manhattan ProActive
• Experience in large-scale Warehouse Management and Supply Chain implementations
