We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect – Integration, Cloud & Automation to design scalable technology architectures that connect business applications, cloud services, automation platforms, APIs, and AI-enabled solutions.
This role is focused on creating the technical foundation that allows systems to communicate, share information, automate workflows, and support modern AI capabilities. The ideal candidate understands both the technical and business sides of solution architecture and can develop practical integration strategies across complex technology environments.
The successful candidate will have experience with APIs, cloud platforms, CRM/ERP systems, system integration, workflow automation, and AI/ML technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architectures connecting cloud services, business applications, databases, APIs, automation tools, and AI solutions.
- Develop integration strategies that allow systems to securely exchange data and trigger automated workflows.
- Analyze existing technology environments and identify opportunities for modernization, integration, and automation.
- Design API-based integrations and establish standards for data exchange and system interoperability.
- Integrate CRM, ERP, contact-center, communication, scheduling, and other business platforms.
- Evaluate cloud architecture options based on scalability, security, reliability, performance, and cost.
- Work with technical teams to define integration requirements, data flows, interfaces, and dependencies.
- Support implementation of automation solutions that reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Design architectures that can incorporate AI/ML and agentic AI capabilities into existing business workflows.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to architectural standards.
- Review technical designs, identify risks, and provide recommendations for improving system performance and reliability.
- Create architecture diagrams, integration specifications, technical documentation, and implementation roadmaps.
- Assist in evaluating technology vendors and selecting platforms that meet functional and technical requirements.
- Support proof-of-concept projects and technical demonstrations.
- Ensure architectures follow appropriate security, privacy, data governance, and compliance practices.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, systems integration, software engineering, cloud architecture, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated professional experience with Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning.
- Strong experience designing and implementing APIs and system integrations.
- Experience integrating CRM, ERP, contact-center, workflow, or other business applications.
- Professional experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, data flows, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with automation and workflow technologies.
- Experience gathering technical requirements and translating them into architecture and implementation plans.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

- Experience integrating AI/ML or generative AI solutions into business applications.
- Experience with agentic AI, conversational AI, virtual agents, or AI-powered customer-service solutions.
- Experience supporting AI-powered front-desk or contact-center solutions.
- Experience with LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, or AI orchestration.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware.
- Experience with microservices, serverless architecture, containers, or event-driven systems.
- Experience with data pipelines, data integration, analytics, or machine-learning infrastructure.
- Experience working with small and mid-sized businesses and varied technology environments.
- Relevant cloud, architecture, AI/ML, or integration certifications.
