Job Summary / Your Role in a Nutshell:

We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect with strong expertise in Java/JVM technologies, cloud platforms, and modern full-stack architecture. The candidate will design scalable enterprise solutions across AI, cloud, data, or digital product engineering while contributing to pre-sales, proposal development, and client delivery.

The role requires strong technical depth, executive presence, and the ability to independently drive client discussions and solutioning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture.

• Develop solution architectures and technology roadmaps aligned with business requirements.

• Architect AI-enabled applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and AI orchestration.

• Lead RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, effort estimation, and technical presentations.

• Engage with C-level stakeholders, present and defend solutions, and advise clients on technology decisions.

• Support both pre-sales activities and hands-on, billable client engagements.

• Drive architecture reviews, security, performance, cloud modernisation, and engineering best practices.

• Mentor engineering teams and promote AI-assisted software development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 10–18 years of experience, including at least 5 years in an architecture role.

• Strong
  expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, and full-stack application architecture.

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue, and Node.js.

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Strong knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, Kafka/RabbitMQ, APIs, databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agentic architectures, AI-SDLC, and enterprise security.

• Excellent communication, solutioning, proposal development, and stakeholder management skills.
