Job Title: SAP Project Manager (PMP Certified) - OCM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP project delivery, be PMP certified, and possess hands-on experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM). This role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to successfully deliver complex SAP projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects across multiple business functions.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and system integrators.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, business objectives, and organizational compliance requirements.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, executive steering committee meetings, and status reporting.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Drive Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, change impact assessments, user readiness, and adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with business leaders to support organizational readiness and successful user adoption of SAP solutions.
• Manage project financials, forecasts, budgets, procurement activities, and vendor performance.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, project governance methodologies, and best practices.
• Oversee testing coordination, cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and project closure activities.
• Maintain project documentation, lessons learned, and executive dashboards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is required.
• 12+years of IT Project Management experience with at least 8 +years leading SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong experience managing full SAP project lifecycles using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies and change adoption strategies.
• Experience working with SAP implementation partners and third-party vendors.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders and presenting project status to senior leadership.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
